Hygromas

Humm, the above is the Vet term for a contusion, or lump. Well, Tamara has a small hygroma that has formed underneath her injured hock. No puncture wound. Probably trauma induced, bumped against something or stood up wrong.

Good news is, no lameness. Bad news is, no riding.

I'm rubbing it down daily with ointment. Placing a cold pack on it.

It's back to wait and see.

Also...for some of the showmanship videos I watched on YouTube..do a search for "aqha amateur showmanship prelim". It should come up with four videos of one class...all of which I watched to help with my paper. There were a few others too but I'll be danged if I can remember how I found them...LOL! Figures huh?
